   From concept to creation, we oversaw the entire manufacturing process. Working with elite Italian fabric suppliers, we secured the best pattern makers and production facilities in Bulgaria to maintain sustainability. With three visits to the manufacturing site, I ensured perfection at every stage. By April 2024, the first collection was ready for launch.

4. Strategic Launch & Marketing:
   With the collection complete, we designed a strategic launch plan, incorporating e-commerce tactics and a bespoke marketing strategy. Every step was geared towards market success.

5. Photoshoot & Creative Direction:
   I personally directed the photoshoot, from sourcing photographers, models, and venues, to art directing the entire process. The result? A breathtaking campaign that captured the essence of NOIRÈ.

6. Paris Fashion Week:
   Finally, the culmination of our partnership—a Paris Fashion Week runway show at Galerie Bourbon on September 30th, 2024, cementing NOIRÈ's place in the world of high fashion, resulting in feature in ELLE AND HARPERS BAZAAR.
